Our team was responsible for development and testing, but also helped in the planning process. The key challenge of the project was to create an web application to optimize shipment and production process. Mercho was looking to speed up the fulfillment and scale up technology capacities of their order flow, where it also needs to be synchronized with many e-Commerce systems and ERPs.

From the beginning we came up with wide range of possible solutions across all levels of fulfillment process. In the six-month engagement, our specialists utilised a tech stack that included Java, PHP, Shopify and TypeScript.

The product that arose from our cooperation in the 5 months, allows easier management of the e-commerce and provides clear billing solutions. Thanks to the new system orders are now filled 30% faster and Mercho's clients have better access to the key metrics. Our client was very satisfied with developer’s work and they decided to extend our business relationship for over one year.

The goal was to create a platform for an online ICAO examination tool for pilots and air traffic controllers. For our team, a crucial aspect of the project was to obtain ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) certification and to ensure equal opportunities for every participant.

Development of a tool based on WebRTC, React, NestJS, Laravel, and Selenium. An interesting solution used is Selenium and a custom build of the chromium browser to transmit the video and audio of the exam - the client's requirement was server-side rendering, to avoid rending of the data on the participant end. We also implemented security features to prevent the dissemination of exam content.

The launch of a platform which allows pilots to take exams without any struggle or leaving home (this usually involved a route to another city). Development of this service allowed our client to expand into another industry, which brings them additional profits - until now they have mainly operated within innovative driving license solutions.

Creating an integrated set of services to provide a comprehensive driver training service. The challenge is to adapt to changes in both the market and regulations, which are very frequent and require rapid revisions.

The creation of several portals, for different types of audiences. One of them is dedicated to driving schools and allows the efficient management of the school, instructors, students and the training course. The second key pillar is the website targeted at learners. It provides access to training materials for theoretical driving licence training, a comprehensive database of questions, and online lectures given by experienced examiners. With prawko.pl, trainees can prepare for their theoretical exam without leaving their homes.

Revolutionising the driving licence training market. By filling a gap in the market, the company is making significant profits. Our cooperation with e-driver is still ongoing and we are currently carrying out further tasks related to the development of portals, which will allow the company to expand even further. The services are implemented using web technologies such as React (TypeScript), Laravel (PHP), React Native.

Design and development of a platform for crowdfunding online property investment in EU countries with the greatest possible attention to ease of investment and minimisation of unnecessary paperwork. A comprehensive solution with online payment processing, a module allowing analysis of one's investment portfolio and dividend payments.

The goal of our design and development teams was to efficiently deliver a complete online property investment platform. Technologies used included React, PHP (Symfony), Redis. In addition, integration with PayPal, Stripe and DocuSign. The overarching objective was to simplify the property investment process as much as possible for new investors and to provide a solution that would allow easy browsing of the portfolio of a single client as well as the entire platform.

The launch of a ultra user-friendly and modern service allowing property investment without leaving home with the possibility of signing documents online (without going to an office) in the European Union, a comprehensive platform allowing the client to expand into new markets.

Creation of a web-application in the form of a Business Intelligence module to analyse and compare radiological data of patients from medical facilities all over Poland, as well as to observe received radiation doses and inform about possible excesses.

Development of the application using technologies such as Java, Angular, Redis and Keycloak. Strong emphasis was placed on anonymising patient data and isolating access to data within a facility, district, province and nationwide for different types of users. Another challenge was the processing of data in formats returned from many models of radiological devices. The application was developed as a module for a tool previously developed by the company, with which we were able to integrate while retaining existing user accounts.

Implementation of a highly personalised Business Intelligence module, which enabled the company to expand the services offered to medical facilities. Adding radiological data analytics, boosted the expansion in the field of radiology in medical facilities across Poland.
